Step out on the spacious and private 500 sq ft. deck and enjoy your morning coffee while experiencing a spectacular sunrise over the bay and estuary. With its companion condominium next door, The Dunes, open the privacy gate to combine both decks to create one of the largest residential decks on the water front in Old Town Florence. Enjoy the array of boats and fishing vessels making their way up the jetty to the mighty Pacific Ocean or perhaps the local fisherman trolling for that prized Salmon or Steel Head. The local wildlife is no stranger to the bay. Catch breathtaking views of Herons, King Fishers and Eagles showing off their fishing skills as well as Sand Pipers and Sea Gulls frolicking along the estuary. For the avid fisherman, test your skills on one of the 27 lakes in the Florence area sporting some of the best trophy bass. Still trying to land that trophy Steelhead, well don’t forget salmon season on the Siuslaw River.
