A 50% deposit is due upon making reservations- check, cash or money order accepted! Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. A 3% Processing Fee on all Bookings Cancellations 30-15 days prior to arrival will be refunded only if home is re-rented!! No Refunds for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to arrival, sorry!!
