Blue Haven is the perfect vacation get-a-way for your family. This comfortable and cozy A-Frame home is in the old growth forest along Lake Woahink and has everything you need to start your fabulous adventure on the Oregon Coast. Dive and swim off your own personal dock in the clear waters of Lake Woahink or just bring your fishing poles and spend the day taking in the sun and favorite beverage while trying to land that record bass. Bring your canoes, kayaks and favorite water toys and have a spectacular day playing on the lake. Wind down the day on the extra large deck or test your skills playing foosball or one of the many games provided for both kids & adults.
House: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 5) 1 Queen, 3 Twins Blue Haven is located just south of Florence near the renowned “Sand Dunes” so don’t forget your ATV’s! Take a short drive to the Historic Old Town Florence and visit the gift shops, bistros, and fabulous seafood restaurants. Parking: There is a very long gravel driveway leading to the house with a turn around at the house. The turn around will accommodate three vehicles in a semi tight circle and there is an additional parking space next to house. Not recommended for larger vehicles/trailers. Credit Cards: Visa/MasterCard/Discover Prime Season: April – October $150/night or $900/week (2 Night Minimum) Off Season: November – March $125/night or $750/week Holiday pricing is the same as Prime Season : Valentines,Thanksgiving,Christmas & New Years. Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee: $65.00 Refundable Security Deposit: $250.00 3% Processing Fee, fee waived if paying by cash, check, or money order! Must be at least 25 years old to rent!! A Valid Credit Card is required with final payment for security purposes. A 50% Deposit is due at the time of reservation by check, cash or money order. Final payment is due 30 days prior to check-in date!! Cancellations 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival refunded if re-rented. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival, No refunds! Sorry!
