The Captain’s Quarters is a fabulous vacation getaway located on the Siltcoos River for a family or group of 6 or less. Never mind the salty seadog Captain’s Quarters, we’re talking luxury liner here with all of the amenities and furnishings for a great vacation. Originally built in 1927, the Captain’s Quarters has been completely remodeled with all of the charm and splendor of yesteryear, but with today's modern conveniences, furnishings and comforts. This 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults in the 2 queen beds and one full-size bed. For the movie buffs, wind down the day with the 52” DLP Mitsubishi TV, complete with Dishnet, Wireless Internet Connection and a DVD/CD/Stereo system. The house is complete with all linens and bath towels included. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Ice-Maker, Microwave and coffeemaker.
On those chilly nights cuddle up to the wood stove, wood is included. For those who like to BBQ, try out the full size Gas Grill or the Charcoal BBQ grill. An electric smoker is provided for your catch of the day.
Downstairs: Living room with woodstove, Large screen TV, Kitchen, Full Bath, 1st Bedroom with Queen Bed.

The Captain’s Quarters is located 7 miles south of Florence along the Siltcoos River. Use the private dock to fish off of or take a canoe ride 3 miles down the river to the ocean or 300 yards to the mouth of the Siltcoos Lake where record trophy fish have been caught. For the avid fisherman, Florence has over 27 lakes for bass and trout, but don’t forget salmon season.
The Captain’s Quarters is located just minutes away from the fabulous sand dunes and Honeyman State Park, so don’t forget your Quads, ATVs and other sand toys. Visit Florence’s Old Town on Bay street where you can experience some of the finest bistros, restaurants, shops and galleries. Just a few minutes north along the coast and you’ll find fun in the sun and surf at the fabulous Heceta Beach and of course don’t forget to visit the world famous and most photographed Heceta Head Lighthouse as well as the Sea Lion Caves!
