It is walking distance to Great restaurants, grocery stores, the theater, video store and many other Florence amenities. For the fishing buff, you are just minutes away from over 27 lakes where some of the finest trophy fish have been caught. Don’t forget salmon season where fishing on the Siuslaw River sports 40lb plus Steelhead and Salmon. Bring your quads and sand toys and have a fantastic time at the sand dunes just five minutes’ drive from the Florence Midtown Retreat. Visit Old Town Florence and explore the wonderful bistros, restaurants, galleries, and shops along Bay Street. Just a few minutes north along the coast and you’ll find fun in the sun and surf at the fabulous Heceta Beach and of course don’t forget to visit the world famous and most photographed Heceta Head Lighthouse as well as the Sea Lion Caves!
The Midtown Getaway has one of the largest yards for any property in Florence. Bring your lawn toys or enjoy the many toys provided such as footballs, soccer balls, croquet, bad mitten, children’s toys and horse shoes. For those that can’t make up their minds just how they want to cook the catch of the day or those favorite steaks, a charcoal grill and a gas grill have been provided. At the end of the day, relax under the shaded tree and enjoy an ice cold glass of Ice tea while you ponder your next day’s adventure on the Florence Oregon Coast.
The Midtown Getaway is a beautiful and spacious 2 story home with 4 bedrooms, 3 with comfortable full size beds, 1 with 2 singles and a full size day bed, 2 full baths, one with a walk-in shower. Relax after a hard day’s play in the living room with large sectional and Lazy Boy recliner perfect for your whole group. For those that can’t live without being connected, there is a Qwest DSL internet connection available. The living room has Direct cable service as well as a DVD/VCR for all of your video needs.
Downstairs: Bedroom 1 – Full size Bed, TV w/VCR , Bedroom 2 – Full size bed, Bath 1-Full Bath w/Walk-in Shower, Bath 2 – Full size Bath with Tub, Living Room-Sectional, Lazy Boy Recliner, Computer Desk and Chair, Phone, Internet Hookup, TV w/DVD/VCR/Direct Cable.
