The deck from the living room has panoramic views looking south, east and west of the bay, estuaries and the historic Siuslaw River Bridge. For the fisherman, Florence has over 27 lakes known for trophy fish and don’t forget salmon season right on the Siuslaw River for that elusive prized Steelhead. Bring your boats and water toys and have a fantastic time just minutes from your condo. For those who love the sand, bring your quads and ATVs to the sand dunes just a couple minutes south of town. The parking area is a shared general parking lot with room for medium sized vehicles and detached trailers. Just a few minutes north along the coast and you’ll find fun in the sun and surf at the fabulous Heceta Beach and of course don’t forget to visit the world famous and most photographed Heceta Head Lighthouse as well as the Sea Lion Caves!

With plenty of room for your group of 4, Docs provides for dining for 4 with a fabulous view of the historic Siuslaw River Bridge erected in 1936. 2 additional seats saddle up to the breakfast bar. The living room offers seating for 4. The kitchen is equipped appliances and amenities to prepare most meals. The full bath has a tub/shower as well as a stackable washer and dryer.
