Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 15 days of arrival will be refunded if Vacation home is re-rented! No refunds for early departure or canceling within 14 days of arrival.

There is a 3% Processing Fee for all reservations made. Processing fee waived if paying by Check, Cash or Money Order!!!
